Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. PathSet aggregates publicly available career outcome data about UF alumni. This data is used solely in anonymized, aggregated form to provide career guidance to students — no individual alumni profiles are displayed or shared. Alumni who wish to have their data removed from our dataset may contact privacy@pathset.ai and we will process the request within 48 hours.
PathSet uses Artificial Intelligence to generate career guidance responses. When You submit a question, it may be processed by third-party AI service providers acting on Our behalf in order to generate a response. These providers act as Service Providers and process data solely to deliver the Service.
Your account information such as name and email is not passed to AI providers. Alumni career data used to generate responses is aggregated and anonymized as described in the "Alumni Career Data" section above.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service prior to the change becoming effective.
