By accessing or using PathSet (pathset.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. PathSet is operated by PathSet LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
PathSet provides a career guidance platform that maps University of Florida student involvement in clubs and organizations to alumni career outcomes. The Service is intended for UF students, alumni, and affiliated users.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use PathSet. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
To access certain features, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@pathset.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

All content, features, data, and functionality of PathSet — including the alumni career outcome data, organizational mapping, and platform design — are the exclusive property of PathSet LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
By submitting information to PathSet (including your UF affiliation, club memberships, or profile details), you grant PathSet LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that data to provide and improve the Service. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
PathSet integrates third-party data providers to power career outcome information. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party data. Use of any third-party services through PathSet is subject to those parties' terms.
PathSet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that career outcome data is accurate, current, or complete, or that use of the Service will result in any particular career outcome. PathSet is a guidance tool, not a guarantee of employment or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PathSet LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost opportunities, career decisions made in reliance on platform data, or data inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@pathset.ai.
PathSet may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property or confidential information. The arbitration will take place in Alachua County, Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise. No dispute may be brought as a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.
PathSet is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the University of Florida or any of its colleges, departments, or affiliated organizations. The University of Florida name, trademarks, and related marks are the property of the University of Florida. Any reference to the University of Florida on this platform is solely for descriptive purposes to identify the student population and alumni data the Service is designed to serve.
